At about 1pm of April 23, 2017 a Charlyn Bayo Teves, 27 years old and the live in partner of Jojie Cervo Constantino appeared at the Municipal Police Station to report that she was mauled by her live-in partner at about 12.45pm the same day. Personnel of the MPS responded and arrested the suspect.
