For decades, the people of 65 Households in sitio Kalayaan, Barangay Balatero, needed to walk daily a muddy rough-road. Mayor Rockey D. Ilagan promised during his campaign to make sure that there will be a proper road built.  On May 7, 2018 – this promise will be fulfilled. RDI was able to find the funds. Ten Mio Peso, given to him by the Department of Budget and Management will be used to build the, little over 2 kilometer and five meter wide, Kalayaan road.
