Number two of Most Wanted Person – arrested in Poblacion – Puerto Galera

At about 1pm of April 23, 2017 a Charlyn Bayo Teves, 27 years old and the live in partner of Jojie Cervo Constantino appeared at the Municipal Police Station to report that she was mauled by her live-in partner at about 12.45pm the same day. Personnel of the MPS responded and arrested the suspect. Upon checking the records of the MPS, it was gleaned that the suspect have two (2) standing warrant of arrest and ranked No. 2 on the Top Most Wanted Persons of the MPS. 

The warrant of arrest, with Criminal Case Number CR-15-12,405 for the crime of “Statutory Rape”, issued by Hon. Judge Tomas C. Leyne, Regional Trial Court Branch 40 Calapan City, dated August 6, 2015 with no recommended bail bond and warrant of arrest with Criminal Case Number 4131, for the crime of “Acts of Lasciviousness”, issued by Hon. Judge Edgardo M. Padilla, First Municipal Circuit Trial Court, dated September 17, 2015 with bail bond amounting Twelve Thousand Pesos (Ph12.000) are both valid. The arrested Constantino is now under the custody of the PG Municipal Police Station for proper documentation and subsequent turn over to the court of origin.
