Rape suspect
PUERTO GALERA MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION- A 32 year old man who is a member of Mangyan Tribe, with live-in partner and who was charged with “RAPE” was arrested by authorities of Puerto Galera MPS in direct supervision of PCI LAWRENCE V PANGANIBAN, Officer In-Charge.
According to the Initial investigation conducted by SPO1 Magnaye, WCPD PNCO, the rape incident transpired on the following dates: December 29, 2016 OOA 8:00PM, January 26, 2017 OOA 9:00PM and the latest was February 24, 2017 OOA 9:00PM at So.Big Tabinay, Brgy. Tabinay, this municipality. The vicitm was identified as Jane Do, 11 years old, member of Iraya Mangyan Tribe, single, Grade IV student, born on November 24, 2007, and presently residing at So. Big Tabinay, Brgy. Tabinay, Puerto Galera, Or. Mindoro while the suspect was Rodulfo Tarnate Bibo, 32 years old, single with live-in partner, farmer, illeterate also resident of said barangay. As per account of the victim, the incident transpired at about 8:00PM of December 29, 2016, when the victim went to a nearby store to buy candy, when Rodulfo approached and covered her mouth with his hand, and dragged her to a grassy area. He then pulled down her shorts and raped her. On January 26, 2017 at about 9:00 PM when the victim was about to go home, when the suspect approached her with a knife on his hand he covered her mouth and forced the victim to pulled down her shorts and laid on top of her and raped her. On February 24, 2017 at about 9:00PM, Father of the victim instructed Jane Do to buy coffee, when she was about to go home Rodulfo dragged her to grassy and dark area. With a knife on his hand he pulled down her shorts and lay on top of her and raped her. She did not tell the incident to anybody because he threatened her that if she will tell of what happened he would kill her and her family. After the last incident she noticed that Rodulfo Bibo was stalking her wherever she go. Personnel of this Station conducted operation against the suspect which resulted to the arrest of the suspect.
